Winter Cancellation Policy
Payment Policy and Cancellation Policy – Winter 22/23
All participants will be required to sign a waiver releasing Wells Gray Adventures from any liability. Trip organizers must sign a rental agreement with Wells Gray Adventures (WGA) and will be responsible for ensuring that all information is passed to group members including waivers. All participants of backcountry trips must have proof of full vaccination.
Confirmation of Booking | 25% Of the minimum cabin fee for eight people. No transportation or guiding added. |
June 2022 | 50% of the minimum cabin fee only (no transportation, guiding etc.) for 8 is due. |
12 Weeks Prior to Departure | The balance of the payment in full. |
If you cancel prior to 12 weeks, Wells Gray Adventures will refund you minus the 25% booking fee ONLY IF THE SPACE CAN BE RESOLD.
Weeks that are not fully paid by 11 weeks prior to departure will be rebooked.

Government Mandated Closures
We are hoping that with folks fully vaccinated and willing to self isolate for at least four days prior to coming into the cabins that it will be easier for people to travel COVID free. However, if there are government-mandated closures in place from two weeks prior to your departure to the date of your departure that prevent your coming to Wells Gray, the amount paid will be rolled over to next season minus the non-refundable cancellation fee We know this is a bummer. We chose a fee that we thought was small enough that it would not be a big burden, about $100.00 per person, but would help defray some of the costs we occur administering the bookings, the payments and the huts. We hope you understand.
