Government Mandated Closures

If there are government-mandated closures in place from two weeks prior to your departure to the date of your departure that prevent your coming to Wells Gray, the amount paid will be rolled over to next season minus the non-refundable cancellation fee. We know this is a bummer.  We chose a fee that we thought was small enough that it would not be a big burden, about $100.00 per person, but would help defray some of the costs we occur administering the bookings, the payments and the huts. We hope you understand.

Helicopter Payment Policies

In the event that helicopter flights are unable to proceed due to adverse weather conditions, Wells Gray Adventures is not responsible for any associated costs incurred by participants, including but not limited to accommodation expenses. While we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative transportation when feasible, circumstances beyond our control may limit our ability to do so. Participants are encouraged to obtain travel insurance covering unforeseen circumstances to mitigate any potential financial impact. If a flight is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, participants will be eligible for a refund on the flight. Charges will only apply for the flights that are successfully completed.
