Summer Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Summer 2024

  • A 10% NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE is required to hold all reservations made prior to February 15, 2024. Canadians pay by e-transfer, check, or VISA. All others can pay by credit card, check (US), or bank transfer.
  • On February 15, 2024 a 50% deposit will be required for all bookings. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • The full payment for any summer trip will be made 45 days prior to trip departure. This is NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • If Wells Gray Adventures is unable to run your trip due to a Wells Gray Park closure, Wells Gray Adventures will rollover 90% of fees paid to the next season. A 10% non-refundable booking fee will be retained by Wells Gray Adventures.
  • WGA does not give refunds for schedule changes due to weather or other natural events. If you are worried about heat, rain, smoke, snow, aged parents, getting sick, your kids, or any other natural phenomena preventing you from going on your trip, please get cancellation insurance.
