Travis Goodridge
Lead Guide
Travis was born and raised in the town of Canoe, British Columbia, and unsurprisingly, he loves to paddle. Growing up outside of Salmon Arm, he spent his earliest years on Shuswap Lake. Travis received his diploma in Adventure Tourism from the College of the Rockies, and has since worked all over western Canada. He has spent time as a guide in the Arctic, and as a hiking guide in the Yukon. Travis has spent the last nine summers working in Wells Gray Park, the last seven with Wells Gray Adventures.
In the winter months, Travis works as a backcountry ski guide outside of Canmore at Talus Lodge. Travis is an inveterate adventurer. Travis has some amazing traverse experiences under his belt, including a winter traverse of Wells Gray Park and the Cariboo Mountains, and a paddle traverse that included an 8km portage over North Tweedsmuir between Surel and Lindquist Lakes. Travis is certified as an ACMG Ski Guide and has certifications from Wilderness First Aid, CAA, BC Paddle Association, and Interpretive Guides Association.

Christopher Murray-Schlitt
Guide
Christopher was born and raised in Chilliwack, BC and spent much of his youth hiking and backpacking in the temperate rainforest and alpine meadows of the North Cascades and West Coast. From a young age, Christopher had a keen interest in mountains, biology, and other wild places. He is always looking to learn more, and share what he can about the beautiful province he calls home.
In 2019, Christopher embarked and completed a monumental 4000km hike from Mexico to Canada along the Pacific Crest Trail. Eager to turn his passion into a profession, Christopher completed the Adventure Studies program at Thompson Rivers University and has worked for Wells Gray Adventures since 2022.
In his free time, Christopher can be found indulging in his favorite pursuits: backcountry skiing, hiking, and climbing across the vast expanse of British Columbia. When he’s not in the mountains, he dedicates his time to researching maps and trip reports, and honing his skills in preparation for new and exciting adventures. During the winter months, Christopher works as a professional ski patroller in the Canadian Rockies.
With certifications from the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides (ACMG), the Canadian Avalanche Association (CAA), and as a Wilderness First Responder, Christopher brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and a genuine love for the outdoors to every guided expedition.

Josie Dix
Guide
Josie grew up in the UK, and after completing her degree decided to move out to Canada for a ‘6-month ski season’ – 12 years later, she’s still here and considers BC her home. She loves hiking, reading, photography and waking up in beautiful places with a good coffee.
Josie has worked both behind the scenes and in guest-facing roles in the ski industry and adventure tourism for over a decade. In 2023 she hiked the Pacific Crest Trail from Mexico to Canada, a life-changing experience that led her to prioritize time in the mountains as a career. She holds certifications in Wilderness First Aid, Apprentice Interpreter with the IGA, and recently completed her Association of Canadian Mountain Guides Apprentice Hiking Guide course.
Josie loves meeting all the guests in Wells Gray, and bonding over the incredible scenery, the hiking, and delicious shared meals.

Vincent Totte
Guide
Vincent grew up in Antwerp, Belgium, and spent his summers escaping to the Alps while working a corporate job after university. After a few years he realized that spending only a few weeks a year in the mountains wasn’t enough, so in 2023 he quit his job, moved out of his apartment and flew over to the US to spend 5 months hiking the Pacific Crest Trail from Mexico to Canada.
It was clear almost immediately after walking into Canada that this was the right home for him, and he has been exploring this beautiful country ever since. With a passion for the mountains and a deep desire to share them with other people, he currently holds certificates in Wilderness First Aid, Apprentice Interpreter from the IGA, ACMG Apprentice Hiking Guide and ACMG Via Ferrata Guide.
In his free time you’ll probably find him hiking, rock climbing and skiing all over BC and Alberta.
