Reservations

All reservations must be accompanied by a 50% deposit. We accept personal checks, VISA, Mastercard, and bank transfers if you are from overseas and it is easier for you to arrange. Full payment is due 60 days prior to your departure date when 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) is added to the prices.

Cancellations

In the winter your money will be returned less a $100.00 handling fee if the space can be resold.  Because cabin availability is limited, and the cabins are full for the winter, all winter bookings are made well in advance.  Please be aware that as a result, it is often hard to resell a space.  If we cannot resell the week, we reserve the right to keep your payment.

In the summer, your deposit will be refunded if the space can be resold. Cancellations made at least 45 days before the departure date will be refunded less 25% of your total as a  cancellation fee.  If you cancel less than 45 days prior to departure, and the space cannot be resold, we reserve the right to keep all payment.

Tour Agents and Group Bookings – If you are booking an entire week, and need to cancel your week, please give us 60 days warning before you cancel.

Evacuations

You will be responsible for the cost of a search if one is necessary. If an emergency evacuation is necessary for any other reason, you will be responsible for the price of the evacuation. We recommend you purchase travel insurance if possible.
