Reservations
All reservations must be accompanied by a 50% deposit. We accept personal checks, VISA, Mastercard, and bank transfers if you are from overseas and it is easier for you to arrange. Full payment is due 30 due days prior to your departure date, when 12% HST (Goods and Services Tax) is added to the prices.Cancellations
In the winter , cancellations received 60 days prior to departure will be refunded less a $100.00 per person handling fee. Cancellations after that date will not be refunded unless the space can be resold.In the summer, Cancellations received 45 days prior to departure will be refunded less a $50.00 / person handling fee. Cancellations after that date will not be refunded unless the space can be resold.
Evacuations
For self guided groups that are just renting the cabins in the winter, you will be responsible for the cost of a search if one is necessary. If an emergency evacuation is necessary for any other reason, you will be responsible for the price of the evacuation. We recommend you purchase travel insurance if possible.Pre & Post Trip Accommodation
If you need a place to stay before and after your trip with us, we can help you book a local Bed and Breakfast or Hotel. We work with several Bed and breakfasts and hotels for which we will vouch for their service, quality, and economy. If you have other accommodation ideas; ie. Camping, please feel free to call us if you need help or suggestions.Meeting for the Trip
We depart our office here in Clearwater, BC at 9:00 am the morning of your trip. We can also pick you up between 9:00 and 10:00 am at your local accommodation, or arrange a convenient meeting place if you are driving through the day of your trip. Before leaving, the guide will discuss current conditions in the mountains with you so you can be sure your packing will be appropriate.Maps

Paperwork
You will be required to sign a waiver form before departing on your adventure. We are including the waiver here. So you can read it before your arrival.Medical Form

Upon booking and paying your deposit, please let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions that we need to account for when we are preparing the menu for your trip.Download these documents for your information. Please be advised that we expect the waivers to be filled out at the time of your departure with one of our staff as a witness.
