our company and promotional material from some of our merchant/agent

forms and registration requests only for prospective merchant
and agent accounts. These application forms require that you enter
your contact information including your name and address. This
information is used solely for the purpose of identifying and
communicating with the client/prospect and is not shared or distributed
to outside sources. Depending on the nature of some promotions
we may ask for contact information (like an email address) when
a visitor clicks through to our site.

to be shared with SKIHIKE stakeholders, merchants or agents the
visitor will be specifically informed of this intent and offered
the opportunity to decline or subscribe with conditions that would

communications from us and our partners at the point where we
request information about the visitor. Delete/Deactivate This

from our database to not receive future communications or to no
