BOOKING INFORMATION
RESERVATIONS
All reservations must be accompanied by a 50% deposit and a signed waiver
form. We accept personal checks and VISA. Full payment is 30 due days
prior to your departure date, when 7% GST is added to the prices. Cancellations
- Cancellations received 30 days prior to departure will be refunded less
a $50.00 per person handling fee. Cancellations after that date will not
be refunded. Evacuations - For self guided groups that are just
renting the cabins in the winter, you will be responsible for the cost
of a search if one is necessary. If an emergency evacuation is necessary
for any other reason, you will be responsible for the price of the evacuation.
GETTING
HERE
By car - Wells Gray Adventures is based in the small town of Clearwater,
British Columbia, Canada. Travelling north on highway #5, Clearwater is
about 1 1/2 hours from Kamloops, 5 1/2 hours from Vancouver, and 8 hours
from Seattle. Driving time from Edmonton or Calgary is approximately eight
hours via Jasper. By air- The nearest airport is Kamloops, B.C.
There are three buses leaving Kamloops for Clearwater daily. The bus also
departs from Vancouver, Calgary and many other cities and towns. Please

PRE AND
POST TRIP ACCOMMODATION
If you need a place to stay before and after your trip with us, we can
help you book a local Bed and Breakfast or Hotel. We work with several
establishment's for which we will vouch for their service, quality, and
economy. If you have other accommodation ideas; ie. Camping, please feel
free to call us if you need help or suggestions.
MEETING
FOR THE TRIP
We generally meet the morning of the trip between 9:00 and 10:00 am. We
will pick you up at your local accommodation, or arrange a convenient
meeting place if you are driving through the day of your trip. The guide
will discuss current conditions in the mountains with you so you can be
sure your packing will be appropriate.
